In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, we also provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Gunjan Nigam, MD completed Family Medicine residency in 2006 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. As a Family Physician in Cary, she strives to provide a caring, relaxing atmosphere for each patient while working together towards optimal health and wellbeing. She is particularly interested in diabetes management, women's health, heart-health, pediatrics, prevention of chronic adult diseases.

For routine refills please contact your pharmacy to request a refill electronically. Due to adverse risks of medications, a patient requesting renewals of medication who has not been examined within the preceding 90 days, will not be refilled. Related to certain medications, patients will be required to complete blood test every three months to allow continued usage of some medications and provide renewals.
