CrossFit Magnitude is a community functional fitness facility that brings together individuals towards the common pursuit of fitness. We perform constantly varied, functional movements, all done in a supportive group environment. No matter your age or level of ability, our CrossFit program has been carefully designed to allow anyone, at any level, to improve their fitness in a safe and effective way.

At CrossFit Magnitude we train hard.together. We are a community that supports and motivates one another to reach new fitness goals and set new standards for ourselves each and every day. We achieve incredible results that just aren't attainable in an average gym or health club. Chris has been passionate about sports and fitness for his entire life.

Get the support and accountability you need with a combination of in-person and online coaching. As we open the doors to our gym, we are committed to keeping you safe and healthy by offering a modified group class schedule to allow time for social distancing and additional cleaning. Start training in small group classes or 1-on-1 with a coach in addition to online training.
Online Training

During times of stress and panic, cultivating physical strength and inner calm is vital to your health. Now is not the time to succumb to unhealthy habits. Start working 1-on-1 with a coach to improve your health and wellness from the safety of your home. Take the first step and book a free intro. On that call we'll build a custom plan and be there to hold you accountable every step of the way.
Personal Training

Personal training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your personal coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way. Train around injuries, work around your schedule, and never wait for a piece of equipment. Enjoy a personalized workout plan and a lot of accountability in a non-intimidating environment.
Nutrition Coaching

There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. The reality is that a flat stomach is not a function of training. For most people, the key to building to a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone.

Group Training is one of the core components of our programming. Don't be nervous, EVERYONE starts with a one on one meeting to help you figure out the best program for you. No matter what program you choose, classes are different every single day and are designed to shape your body while challenging you at your fitness level.
