However, in today's world, time is of the essence and investing multiple hours in the gym is just not practical. Our group classes are 45 minutes and offered multiple times per day to fit many types of schedules.

Our class packages are ideal for individuals who want the freedom to join a class every so often without having to pay a membership. Ideal for people who travel often or individuals who mix and match gyms, class packages give you the option to join a class and use class passes as you go. Our class packages expire 1 year after purchase.
