I am very grateful to have found out about FiCare. I have been a member of USAA for over 20 years, and never had an inclination to try other banks/FCU's. I found out about FiCare, decided to try their services, and have been blown away by every facet of their organization. Their rates are amazing and have already saved me quite a bit of money, but just as importantly, their customer service is top notch.
