Over the last 5 years, I have visited this insurance agency at least 3 times to get quotes on policies. Each time I have walked away disappointed with the quality of the insurance professionals in the office and a higher premium cost for the same level of insurance compared with a different carrier. The last time I visited they attempted a deceptive measure by severely reducing the replacement cost of an asset so that the premium is less to try to get the business. This was done knowing that the assessor of the asset will make you get the appropriate level of insurance but only after they have
