So, I applied for the Front end developer job. The work and response from HR (Priyanka Mishra) from the Vadodara office is so much lazy and lied in the interview procedure too. The Development team (Dharmesh Pipariya, Pinkal Patel and other crew members) are not well skilled and uneducated background that they want to learn from the job-seekers. You can find their weak portfolio website and fresher based profile on the web. Even they are asking the QnA like the freshman appliers to the well experienced candidates. Just Display Cons here because this company does not have any pros. Many Cons are there, I don't have that much of time to talk about this Company. So I am listing some Popular Cons.
1) CEO, he has a big EGO. He mostly uses Lower level person's word with more experience person then him.
2) He has no respect for his Employee, he already fire many employees from the Company.
3) After my joining in the company, i saw 15 employees who left the company or fired because of poor management.
4) Management do not have power to talk with Egoistic CEO. CEO only decide in favor of Company.
