In January of 2012 our founder, Juan Ramirez, moved from Chicago to Bogota. His mission was to start a company that solved many of the problems with typical outsourcing solutions. Colombia was the perfect location. It aligns with US time zones, has has a rich talent pool focused in engineering and technology, and is a short flight away from several major US cities.

We've been working with their platform for over 8 years and our experience has taught us the best and most efficient ways to customize solutions for our clients. Bricker & Eckler and NSerio partnered to develop a custom Relativity application to assist a client building a multi-billion-dollar, 200-mile natural gas pipeline, ultimately saving the client an estimated $195K in attorney fees. The core problem Bricker's client had was managing real estate documents, court filings, and other financial data across 1,200 landowners, spanning two states.

Kilpatrick Townsend and NSerio partnered to develop a custom Relativity application that made the manual process of numbering exhibits 60 times faster. Kilpatrick's LitSmart eDiscovery Team was tasked with an 11th hour request to stamp more than 500 exhibit documents before an 8:00am deadline.
