With the help of friends and family, we hand-built a straw-bale home from recycled materials. Don's time in Tuscany inspired his worldview. Together, we built a place that sparked that same magic in which to raise our two kids. By 2001, we planted our first grape vines to reflect the beauty, vitality, and zest of Italy!
From Beaujolais-style young blushes to red wines aged in oak, NightHawk Winery uses grapes that fully express the terroir of eastern Kansas.
