Vinicius helped us sell our Sunnyvale townhouse in a market that was cooling down. Throughout the process, he gave us detailed information about nearby comps and pricing strategy. It took us quite some time to sell the house but Vinicius advised us not to go through a price reduction and promised us that the market would pick up (and it did). Any other agent would have recommended a price reduction to make the sale but Vinicius wanted to get us the best possible price.
