We were looking for a house for almost 5 years. Been working with different agents but no one could understand our needs and perspectives. We finally bought a house last year. This was our second experience working with Mark. He was very prompt in responding our messages, efficient, competent and sharp, answering our questions and concerns. Mark was very professional and resourceful in the whole purchase and closing process. Even after the purchase was complete, he helped us to rent our previous home, that was greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend him.

I you want a realtor that is competent, efficient, a great communicator, friendly, funny, trustworthy, Mark is your guy!! He has decades of experience in the Bay Area, and has the relationships, knowledge and street smarts that come with those years. Mark was our agent when we bought our first home in West San Jose a few years back. He was honest, smart, knowledgable about the industry and most importantly competent. He kept us informed on the negotiations every step of the way. The sale went the way he said it was going to go. Fast forward a few more years, we sold the house to move to Monterey

Supplement to my initial review, since I just looked at Mark's response to my review. He is not being truthful. All I am saying is I think he is unprofessional, and be careful if you work with him. After I posted my review, Mark had emailed me to ask me to edit it. I can understand why he made the request, since it was a negative review, so out of respect for him I emailed him back with the reasons why I would not change it, responding to each of his points. I embedded my responses after each of his questions, and used red so it would stand out from his question to make it easier to

I've worked with all types of real estate folks, but Mark is the most knowledgeable and thoughtful one out there. He does not look for the quick commission instead he is passionate in trying to help good people make smart decisions. He is also a human calculator.
