From the Service Tech to the Office Personnel, I was impressed from the beginning. There was a problem with getting a part to repair my A/C & couldn't be done till the following day, but my A/C did fail just before 5 pm & the Tech still made it out by 8:30 the same evening & did his very best to locate the part he needed. He returned the following morning as quickly as he was able & was very productive with his time & got the job done quickly without wasting time. I have dealt with some truly flaky A/C companies in the past where they don't even ever show up, but

Very disappointed with this business! The company is dishonest! Had my ac compressor go out, and it was still under warranty. The technician even informed me that the unit and compressor was still under warranty. It should be noted my unit is only 3 years old. This company charged me 754.00 to replace my compressor. The total charge came out to 954.00. I personally went to the business office, and inquired as to how would I be reimbursed for the compressor since it was still under warranty. The office assistant told me that I will not be getting compensation for the cost of my compressor, and that

and proceeded to let me know what he was going to do .. explained how the thermostat doe work..... he also answered
questions that i had.......

We had our air conditioning replaced by AIr Comfort Heating & Cooling this past January 2020. Rachelle in the front office was very helpful in scheduling our estimate walk through and explaining the entire process. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent. Installation crew were punctual, neat and courteous! Very professional! We highly recommend them!
