Our air conditioner went out on Sunday afternoon with the temperature outside at 110 degrees. Our 94 year old mother lives with us so we naturally were very concerned. We phoned Locke and a repair man was at our house within 15 minutes. He repaired the a/c in record time. It turns out he wasn't even on call but realized that the man that was on call was inundated with repair calls and it would take him a longer time to come help us. Since he considered out mother's age, he took the call and came himself. We are so indebted to Locke Air. They do a great job in a very professional

Living up in the mountains, it is far too cold for the heat pump system that came with my home (I had only recently moved in). Bob Locke inspected my heating system, and explained that the appropriate size of the system based on my home's square-footage would entail a system approximately twice as big. The cost to place what Mr. Locke deemed as an "appropriate-sized" heat pump system far exeeded my budget. Therefore, we decided that as a "quick fix," adding heating strips to my current system would be a cost effective method of heating my home when the temperature outside would be too cold for
