Beautiful property, but is really sad how management didnt care enough about their residents during a world crisis. The Villas didnt offer any discounts during this pandemic what it seems to me that all they care about is money and not their residents.This property went down hill really fast. Not only do they not seem to care about the residents but also about the property. The grass is long and very dry, there is trash around the property, the gutters are full of trash, the pet waist cans are overflowed with poopy bags all around it. Is hard to get in contact with office staff they dont

Moving to the Eagle Villas was a good opportunity, I like the great costumer service and how the crew cares about my family. I also want to thank personally Mauro the maintenance for the work orders he has done to the apartment he is respectful and friendly.

Visited a few apartments today. I stopped by here for an application and even though they didn't have any available, the staff made an impression on how super nice and friendly they were. They were so welcoming and I loved the cute lemonade stand they had!

I just came back from visiting my children whom live at these apartments with there dad. This was my fourth visit to Colorado. I've stop by the office twice, one to use the restroom and once to get a guest parking pass during my trips.The leasing people were very welcoming and friendly to me. They even remembered my name! Seems like a nice peaceful place to live in there little city. Too bad Colorado is too cold for me to ever move there...
