You may also request an appointment online and one of our wellness counselors will contact you during normal business hours to talk to you about what you will need to bring us for your first visit.

Our office is located at the SW corner of Lantana Rd. and Jog Rd. in the Lantana Square Shopping Center Behind the Walgreens. From I95 exit Lantana Rd and head West, Turn left on Jog Rd and then make the first Right hand turn into the shopping center parking lot.

I have a desk job and work many hours and there never seems enough hours in the day.
