This was my first visit to Dr Shestack. The waiting room was very crowded because there were 3 doctors seeing patients that day. However the reception staff were very polite. When I finally got in to see the doctor, he was very patient, attentive and did not rush me. I was very comfortable with his plan of care and would definitely come back to see him again.

Wait times and administrative problems caused them to lose a star, but Dr. Blanco himself was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to the history of my injury and answer all questions about possible treatments.
