Mental Health Treatment
Our mental health treatment programs address depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges in teens aged 12-17. Using evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our licensed clinicians create individualized treatment plans. The program emphasizes skill-building for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance while involving families in the healing process.
Substance Use Treatment
Specialized substance use treatment combines medical supervision with therapeutic interventions for teens struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. Our comprehensive approach includes detox support, relapse prevention strategies, and co-occurring disorder treatment. The program integrates motivational interviewing and family therapy to address underlying issues while building sustainable recovery skills through structured daily programming.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
This specialized program treats simultaneous mental health and substance use disorders through integrated care plans. Our clinicians address complex interactions between conditions like depression/anxiety and addiction using evidence-based therapies. The treatment includes psychiatric care, medication management, and targeted interventions that simultaneously address both diagnoses while preparing teens for long-term recovery.
Residential Programs
Our residential treatment centers provide 24/7 supervised care in home-like environments with maximum 6 teens per program. The structured program includes individual therapy, group sessions, skills training, and recreational activities. With 1:3 staff-to-client ratios and CARF accreditation, these programs offer intensive treatment for teens requiring immersive care through 45-60 day stays.
Outpatient Programs
Outpatient programs offer structured mental health treatment while allowing teens to maintain school and family commitments. Available in partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) formats, these programs provide 4-6 weeks of structured therapy including DBT skills training, family sessions, and psychiatric support while transitioning to independent living.

Evolve is my go-to for teens struggling with addiction and mental health. The sad reality is that it's getting harder and harder for teens growing up these days. I have been in the addiction industry for 10 years now but work mostly with adults. Anytime I get calls for teens that need help, I send them to Evolve without hesitation. Their facilities are beautiful, comfortable, and provide a safe environment for real recovery. The staff is extremely qualified, all of their clinicians are masters level and truly care about the patients wellbeing and recovery. I've had several people I know send their

I had the pleasure of receiving a very warm, informative, thorough, and beautiful tour of the the Evolve Treatment Center in Tarzana by Outreach Representative, Kara Gross. It was very impressive and each step I took through the facility became a "wow" factor to me. I have a non-profit, Breaking The Chains Foundation that uses all forms of art as healing tools for those suffering from eating disorders as well as a variety on the ground creative outreach in areas of education, prevention, and intervention, self-love, self-discovery, and recovery. Within this, we also focus on areas of mental health
