John did an extremely thorough job, he took all the time needed and even returned on 2 separate occasions to make sure he was seeing the house in all conditions necessary to provide a complete assessment. He stppped and went through any and every detail with us when he felt we needed to know something and when we asked about anything. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with our realtor before, during and after our inspection and we also appreciated his pre-visit preparation, during visit information packet and conversation and especially his post-visit conversations to make sure we understood

My husband and I were incredibly impressed with how thorough yet personable John and Crystal both were at our home inspection. John walked us through the entire house and carefully told us what needed fixed and why. His report was impressive -- he went above and beyond to detail exactly what was wrong, but also what was installed or built well. We'll be using this report in the years to come as we monitor our house's maintenance.

John and his partner did a very thorough job of combing through the home we are buying and explaining things that might look out of the ordinary but actually were normal. For the price, it included roof and termite inspections. His follow-up report was on time as promised, detailed and easy to read. And, he's also a fellow cyclist. I highly recommend BPI for your home inspection!

John has done two home inspections for us. He saved us from buying a house that looked good but in actuality had a some major problems that we couldnt have seen. He is professional, thorough, and very helpful. He took time to explain things to us, give recommendations, and highlighted areas where we would need to watch in the future.
