We had a one year warranty inspection on our new build and our inspector mark did a great job. He was on time and walked through with us and explained everything he found that needed corrected. Really took his time to look through the whole house. I would highly recommend.

John browning with premier inspections did my home inspection and I am very glad to have had such a thorough inspection done so that I know everything there is to know about the house. He was very professional and gave me tons of information through the inspection and at the end. I now know there is 40-50k on that house that needs to be repaired that was not included on the sellers disclosure!!! I will be going with premier again in the future to ensure I am getting a safe home in a good condition!

Our inspector from Premier was great! Very thorough and provided a document that helped us make a decision on purchasing a house. We actually negotiated a better price on the home with information from Premier. I would recommend Premier to anybody needing an inspection.
