First time I tried Trianos was a chuck steak for a pot roast and I was not impressed by the quality of the meat. I thought it was a fluke so for Christmas dinner I had my wife pick up two tenderloins. What a huge disappointment. I've had sirloin steaks more tender. both of those tenderloins were so chewy it rendered it almost inedible for me. And before any of you say you must've cooked it wrong... I buy a tenderloin from palmers every year except for this year, I cooked my roast no differently no less and no more. The only thing that was different this time around was that we got our

I just love this place. I went in to pick up my order & there was a slight glitch & it wasnt ready. THREE guys were helping out trying to get it taken care of quickly. Super nice folks, excellent quality & good prices. Its no surprise this place gets crazy busy!

Their price of the oxtails has skyrocketed. A case of 15lb has gone up to 145$ and after the meat has been trimmed you probably get around 9 pounds 16$ a LB Since Mark has passed away the prices and customer service has changed for the worst.
