Realtor Referral Program

A member of our property management team will call your customer and explore their options with us. If your client signs a property management contract with us, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent as a referral fee. Referral fees are payable in equal amounts over 6 months, assuming the management contract remains in effect for those 6 months.

IMPORTANT: Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:. Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

Turning in your keys after hours

We know how it is. Sometimes you are running late or just cannot make it to the office in time to turn in your keys as you move out. No worries! We have a lockbox located next to our front door at our offices. Our street address is 211 Crystal Grove Blvd. Lutz, FL 33548. Sometimes, the GPS systems on peoples' phones have become confused about our exact location (due to the way addresses in our office park are organized) but we will get you here.
