Qualified Property Management

Qualified was founded in 1991 to handle the complex range of services required by the growing number of homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums and master planned community associations in West Central Florida. Today, Qualified is one of the largest companies in our area.

Qualified Property Management has been in business for over twenty years and has proudly called the Tampa Bay area home since day one. Currently, QPM serves clients all throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties and plan to extend our services to the Orlando and surrounding areas.

Qualified Property Management has a complete in house maintenance staff available to all of our homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums and master planned community associations.

Our maintenance staff is non-intended to eliminate your existing on site maintenance personnel, however if your community does not have on site maintenance personnel this service may be just what your community needs.Also available as an emergency service, our in house maintenance division consists of tradesman and contractors licensed and experienced in all areas of light and heavy construction.

During normal business hours you can reach your assigned homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums or master planned community association manager via phone or email, however please note Managers are often attending Board or Committee meetings or performing inspections during the day and are not always available to take your call.

Our work order department is responsible for the input and tracking of any Board approved homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner or time share resort orders for your community.

Available upon request by the Board of Directors, a full report is given tracking each and every work order associated with your community, detailing the requesting owner, the nature of the request, the maintenance individual or vendor assigned to complete the task as well as whether or not it has been completed to date.All service requests are to be submitted by the homeowner either in writing or by telephone directly to our office.
