Terrible experience. I gave them exact dimensions. They came and measured and gave me a price with an estimate of the tile cost on 27 May. On 3 June(7 days later) after I picked out the tile, the cost of the tile decreased by $40, but the estimate for the job went up by over $500. When I called to ask why they hung up on me. Very unprofessional

My experience with Zenstoneworks was nothing short of frustrating. I had to chase them for quote and to confirm my start date. The project was a small shower tile job, perhaps not their most profitable job, but it required me organizing a plumbers time and my families time without a shower. I was originally told it would be a four day project. It will now be closer to 10. That is a big difference when you do not have a shower. I highly recommend Zen Stoneworks for superior workmanship!!! The local downtown showroom is amazing with impressive quality products to include huge selections with great pricing and multiple display designs on site. Lenny was absolutely accommodating in every way. He was kind enough to let me take sample tiles home to trial before making any final decisions. Lenny makes sure you get what you need, goes above and beyond to make your vision come true. His associates are very personable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Betty Jean assisted with tile and color choice. Originally, I was going

We recently hired Zenstoneworks located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to install penny round tiles for the kitchen backsplash in our home. Our small project looks fantastic! We could not be more pleased with the result. This company was an absolute pleasure to do business with from start to finish. We were greeted and helped by Mark the manager. He was immediately attentive and a pleasure to work with. The installation was done when promised and installed by very skilled, knowledgable and caring staff. Mark followed up to make sure we were pleased with everything. Zenstoneworks is a well
