Townsend picked up my grandmother from my home the morning she passed away, we had originally planned on using them for her cremation but decided to go with a cheaper option as my grandmother would not have wanted us to spend so much money on her. The staff at Townsend were very rude once we told them our decision and had an attitude the rest of the time we were there. It was highly unprofessional and disrespectful showing what we had all just went through.

I used Townsend floral page which has flowers and plants to choose from. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by what was received by the family. I paid $96.17 for a hydrangea plant from their page, and this gift of a hydrangea was posted to the deceased obituary page, but the family actually received a very small small azalea. I contacted Townsend, and they denied any responsibility, placing blame on the florist they used. The florist said they were paid $45.00 by Townsend for my order, and hydrangeas are not in season. In reply to the refund, I couldn't find a way to respond except by edit

Im not sure if I ever rated you guys. Thank you for the most loving and heartfelt experience. Every single one of you took such care in helping us have a wonderful service for my mother in law. Crystal, Mike, Hugh, Carl, and many others, were there for us, every second of this difficult time. And looking back, I see that you did things we werent even aware of at the time, just so we werent burdened. You will never know how much we appreciate you. We consider you family.
