My son passed in 2016. Mr mays met me at my childs grandparents home. I told him repeatedly until i spoke to my sons father i wasnt sure if or what we were doing. I asked to see my son ge told me to go talk to his father and then he should have him ready. I traveled an hour away. We talked and decided cremation. I then went to the funeral home to be told he would have to be embalmed before i could see him. To come back the next day and he would be ready. I lived 2 hours away. I found out later on that the paternal grandparents were allowed to see my child before me. The next day myself my father

Mr EK and the entire staff went above and beyond what was required or expected in dealing with us during the loss of our son. The compassion and concern from the first moment until months later when setting up the Ledger and plot was first class in every way. Jeffrey with Mae and Smith Funeral Home recently handled the cremation of my mother. I found him and the entire funeral home staff very accessible, caring, and knowledgeable. I was making her arrangements out of town and he gave me his personal cell phone to contact him if I needed any assistance. I highly recommend their service.
