Dr. Cara was born in the beautiful country of South Africa and later moved to Atlanta with his family in the early 1990's. His passion for helping people achieve their health goals came early on while watching his grandfather manage his health issues and wondered if there could be better way. Dr. Cara explains, "watching my grandfather struggle in his late life with health problems lead me to believe that once you get old you get sick."
It took the unfortunate loss of his grandfather for him to realize that preventing illness rather than reacting to it is the better option. He later attended Life University in Marietta Georgia where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor in Georgia and is excited to have the opportunity to serve his community.
