The staff at Chiropractic Transformation Center believes that true health care is focused on treating the causes of illness, not the symptoms. We offer a wide range of health care solutions in addition to our Massage Therapy and Chiropractic techniques. New patients are evaluated and receive a treatment plan that is individualized and unique.

Dr. Jody Hortman is known for her gentle touch and her natural affinity for the unique physical challenges of motherhood. She graduated cum laude from Life University in 1999. Dr. Jody takes the time to get to know each patient so she can provide the best holistic care.

She is proficient in a variety of adjustment techniques, including full spine, drop table, flexion distraction, trigger point release, soft tissue work, and pregnancy and pediatric adjusting.

Dr. Khurana is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He was awarded his MD degree in 2000 by the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Khurana also holds a Bachelor of Engineering/Biomedical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, Summa Cum Laude, 1996.

I've been a massage therapist at Chiropractic Transformation Center for almost 17 years. I received my certification at the Academy for Somatic Healing Arts right here in Georgia. I'm licensed as well as certified in Theraputic Swedish massage, Sports Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I'm originally from Atlantic City, N.J. and I have the best little five year old daughter.

Ivelise Berrios is committed to enhanced motility and pain release as a neuromuscular massage therapist at CTC Integrated Healthcare. A graduate of Rising Spirit Institute's 2005 Advanced Neuromuscular Massage program, she also continues her passion as a musculoskeletal anatomy instructor. Devoted to physiological research, Ivelise has studied Pre-Nursing, Pre-Physical Therapy, and Nutrition at Georgia State University.
