At Home Caregivers understands the journey; you want to remain independent wherever you call home. We're an employer model home care agency dedicated to serving those who are recovering, convalescing or aging wherever they call home. We provide comprehensive personal care, custodial and companion care, transportation and medication reminders through caregivers who are employees of the agency.

At Home Caregivers provides a comprehensive array of personalized services to support the unique needs and circumstances of our clients and their families. From companionship to hospice care and the myriad of needs in between, our dedicated team has more than a decade of experience serving the Sonoma County community.

At Home Caregivers is a full service Home Care Agency and as such is the employer of record. We do not provide service using independent contractor caregivers. No! As the employer of record, At Home Caregivers withholds and remits all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Do you carry Worker's Compensation insurance to protect clients from being sued if an employee is hurt on the job?

At Home Caregivers hires only compassionate, experienced and reliable caregivers. All our Caregivers have passed an extensive background check process which includes state and federal fingerprinting, checking of references and verification of previous employment.

Before we place our Caregivers in service, they must complete the California Dept of Social Services Home Care Aides (HCA) registration process which includes five hours of annual training, fingerprinting and a TB test.We then train them to meet our "Legendary Caregiver Services" standard of care. We have developed a program of ongoing training and recognition for our outstanding caregivers.
