Lia is very easy to talk to, empathetic and a great listener! It felt therapeutic to be able to have a licensed professional lend an ear to some of the problems/trauma I've dealt with from my childhood.
Booking was easy, there's a phone number you can text message (found on her website). Therapy wasn't a magical pill for me that fixes everything after "x" amount of sessions - a lot of the work is still going to need to come from everyday mindfulness on my end. I could not recommend anyone better than Lia Huynh for someone who is capable of giving supportive, compassionate, and caring therapy sessions.
Signing up on Lia's website was relatively straightforward and soon I was on my way and talking to her the same day I reached out for help in order to schedule an appointment. We had a quick initial 15 to 20 minute phone call the day I reached out in order for her to get an idea of what I needed, and then we scheduled my first session shortly thereafter. My first session with Lia was actually really great and she made it easy to open up to her about things

Lia is an awesome therapist! Through her patience and soft way she was able to guide my partner and I to a place of better and deeper understanding of one another. She took great care to discover who we were as individuals and how our respective personalities played a part in repeating conflicts. Lia was instrumental in my partner and I still staying together and her believing in us as a couple was helpful in building a stronger foundation between us. Lia is a fantastic counselor and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Lia was a great resource in helping me personally work out issues that I always had, but were definitely enhanced from the pandemic. She was a great listener and helped point out connections and patterns in my approach to problem solving. This was my first experience in counseling and she made me feel comfortable from the very first call. I was worried that virtual meetings would not be as personable, however, she was warm and welcoming and made the environment extremely comfortable. After 5 sessions I am in a much better place than I was in the beginning thanks to Lia's help and my mental

Lia was a great resource for my boyfriend and I through really tough times in our relationship. Both of us were hurt, stressed and feeling hopeless over our situation. Lia cut through our emotions, redirected our anger and gave us tools to help us understand each other. With her help, our sessions offered clarity and re-built the trust we needed to keep working and be successful. By implementing her advice our relationship has improved tenfold and we're communicating better than ever. We are so thankful for her efforts and loved getting to know her throughout our sessions!
