From the start of my referral to Dr. Bhatia's office I have had nothing but problems leading up to and including my visit with the doctor. After over 3 months waiting for the doctor to "accept" my referral after being approved by the insurance, I tried SEVERAL times to get an appointment over the phone and ended up driving to the office to get an appointment. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and even raised her voice to me. On the day of my appointment I checked in at 2:25 for my 2:45 appointment with the same receptionist as before. She failed to check me into the system, even though she

Update: Office is still super disorganized. They will not return calls. I'm not sure how this place has the good ratings considering most of the staff sound extremely annoyed every time you talk to them. Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard at a lot of neuro offices around Fresno.

David Baker is a friendly guy. However considering he charged me $250 to tell me that there wasn't enough time to get an MRI before I was moving out of state. Appointment lasted maybe 30 seconds in the hallway. Total BS. I recommend going elsewhere.

Not ethical. Not caring. I would avoid this place like the plague. They drop patients after they provide pain medications, for years, giving them 2 week notice, during the shelter in place. Very unethical.

Dr. Bhatia is great! He listened to my needs and i never had 'jump through hoops' with he or my insurance in the whole process of treating my migraines.
