The one star is a VERY generous gesture towards maybe TWO people that work there. This place is the absolute worst. Customer service is terrible. After navigating a million phone prompts, you will reach someone who states they can not help you and you will be re-routed at least 3 times. They have you put a credit card on file stating that they charge deductibles on that, however that is not the case, they ask for detectible separately then auto charge for appointments automatically, I ended up with $647 charge that I did not authorize. Lisa Smithcamp needs to know about the credit card scam. Too many people with this same complaint. Charged for no services, then they play dumb when you inquire about your money.

We have not been to SOPC in TWO years... and JUST had money taken directly out of our account with no explanation. Finally spoke to someone that said they mailed a bill 5 days before that to "inform" us... we did not receive the bill and have informed delivery from USPS so I get a scan of every piece of mail that is delivered... I went back to look in case we missed it, nope was never sent.
The person on the phone was absolutely rude and I would never recommend someone go here because apparently that means they can pull money from your account years later with no notice. This is horrible
