Gymnastics Classes
Recreational and competitive gymnastics programs for ages 3-18. Our classes focus on skill development, strength training, and routine execution in a safe environment. Certified instructors guide students through progressive levels while emphasizing proper technique and safety protocols.
Tumbling Programs
Specialized tumbling instruction for beginners to advanced athletes. Classes develop floor skills including cartwheels, handsprings, and aerials using spring floors and trampoline equipment. Programs cater to ages 3-18 with multiple skill levels.
Ninja Training

What age groups do your programs serve?
We offer programs for children aged 2-18, including parent-child classes for toddlers, recreational programs, and competitive teams.
Do you require potty training for enrollment?
Yes, children must be fully potty trained for most programs, except our Parent-Child classes for 12-36 month-olds.
What safety measures are in place?
We maintain strict safety protocols including certified staff, progressive skill training, and equipment inspections to ensure secure learning environments.
Are competitive teams available?
Yes, we offer Pre-Team, Xcel, WDP Compulsory, and Optional programs for both boys and girls with experienced coaching staff.
Do you offer summer camps?
Our FUNtastic Day Camps run 8:30am-3pm with themed activities, indoor/outdoor play, and extended care options for ages 3-12.

We have had our boy, Noah, at Let It Shine for 4 years. This is a phenomenal environment for kids. If it were the only business in Franklin we would still live here. It is without doubt the best business that I have seen in my lifetime

We have gone to Let It Shine for years. Our oldest is 11 and started classes around 4yo. It's been a great experience. I'd recommend parents to start their kiddos young with gymnastics and then find other sports to incorporate in the childs' development.

I can't say enough good things about LIS. I took gymnastics there for many many years as a child. (LIS made me love the sport, and that's carried with me for over 40 years). Fast forward several years, and I took my own children there so they could experience the same fun I did as a child. We gained some of the most wonderful friendships from doing this. Thanks to the wonderful coaches, my children gained confidence in so many ways. Not only did they learn incredible gymnastics skills, they HAD SO MUCH FUN!! My daughter has been going to Let It Shine for 3 years and can only do a cart wheel. This is really just a bigger version of my little gym. If you interested in your little one getting trained in gymnastics find another place but if youre looking to have your little one just burn calories under supervision its a great place for that.

Coach Pam is a wonderful, encouraging coach! Exactly what I wanted for my young daughter's first experience with gymnastics. After class, she sends home a sheet telling me what skill they learned so I can talk to my child about what she is practicing. They have so much fun, and work on big skills and little details. I'm so happy we chose Shine!!

My daughter is 4 and has taken classes and attended birthday parties at Let it Shine and has loved every experience! The staff is so kind and friendly and the activities are designed to be fun while also teaching them techniques that they can build on. It is a great atmosphere!
