Cedar Creek Yacht Club has been a cherished lakeside destination for over seven decades, offering members a unique blend of tradition, modern amenities, and community spirit. Established in 1953, our club was founded by visionaries who recognized the potential of Old Hickory Lake as a gathering place for boating enthusiasts and outdoor lovers. Our commitment to family-friendly recreation is evident in our saltwater pool with lake views, newly upgraded tennis courts marked for pickleball, and dedicated play areas for children. The club's social calendar thrives with events ranging from Friday night happy hours to our renowned Fourth of July fireworks display, while our Water's Edge Restaurant and Anchor Room Bar provide exceptional dining experiences. We maintain reciprocal privileges with prestigious yacht clubs nationwide, enhancing our members' experiences beyond our 60-acre campus. Our leadership team remains dedicated to preserving the original vision while continuously improving facilities, as evidenced by recent renovations to our clubhouse, kitchen, and bar areas. With 36 lakeside cottages and 13 RV pads available for members, we offer unparalleled opportunities for weekend and seasonal getaways. Great club for boaters, nicest marina and best food on Old Hickory Lake. Only complaints I see here are adult, non members, who think they can use a private clubs facilities because a grandparent has been a member for a number of years. Thats just not the way the world works.

Used to be way more family oriented. I stayed every summer at the yacht club since 1984. My grandmother has been a member since the early 80's. She sold her boat several years back and kept the membership so that we could still attend the pool and eat. Being that she is older and health has diminished she does not come out at all but still happily pays her dues. I was swimming last summer and was asked to leave or buy a membership to swim. This place used not be all about the money. I drove almost an hour to let my six year old swim being that I learned how to swim in this pool back when the yacht

Did not feel welcome at pool. My grandfather has been a member for as long as I can remember. His health has been bad for the last few years and doesn't make out there as much as he would like. I am not a member only a guest of his, it helps justify being a member, having his grandsons family come by a couple times a summer. I live in Mount Juliet less then 5 minutes away. Don't see me stepping foot back there anytime soon.
