Totally Toned Personal Training has provided workout programs for the Northeast Ohio area since 2004. We custom design training programs that fit your fitness needs, whether you wish to lose weight, build muscle mass, or just stay active. We specialize in effective split weight training routines, so clients can choose to work with one of our trainers anywhere from 2 to 5 times per week, based on their individual goals.
