This was second visit. I really like the staff and doctor. However, Ive had to wait over 15 minutes plus in waiting room after my appointment time and then more wait time in room for the dr. Next time I will make first appointment of the day and that should help with wait time.

Lovely experience - feel good about their COVID protections throughout check-in and appointment. Everyone was warm and attentive and Dr even suggested a possible solution to depth perception issues (due to mono vision) that I wasnt aware of; cant wait to try it out.

I like doctor Hock and his office. My only issue is that I have VSP true my Army retirement. They consider that out of network. I do not know why the office is not in network. Because of that, I had to pay 100% of the eye exam. Other than that, he does very well and he has all of the cutting-edge technology to ensure that your eye health is at its maximum

I was at the office today for my yearly checkup. As usual everything was clean, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm always assured that I get a great vision evaluation when I'm there.

Everyone we interacted with was exceptional. I called this morning needing an urgent appointment. They got me in right away. We then met with Katie that took some basic information. She was very sweet, compassionate, and friendly. She seemed to make an effort to connect; which is very refreshing. Dr. Hock was also very compassionate, decisive, and present. Didnt make me feel rushed at all. Truly made me feel like a valued patient. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Hock is the best and so is all the staff! Always so sweet and answers all your questions. I'm blind as a bat and have ben coming here since I was a kid, will always come here!
