My first goal is to help you feel relief from your pain. This happens right away because of the mind-body therapies that I use.

The work that we do together taps into the subconscious to relax the mind and body and provide relief from longstanding issues. I have seen over and over again working with hundreds of clients, that when these negative beliefs are released, we naturally contact our core goodness which allows us to live the life of our dreams.

Since 1991, Susan has been helping people with relationships at risk and trauma resolution. She is passionate about helping people to rekindle the passion they once had by removing resentments and anger which build up and destroy trust and intimacy in relationships.

Susan works with blended family conflicts and teaches families how to specifically set up family structures and organization that insure that each person feels safe and cared for by the family system.Besides working with relationships and families and adolescents she volunteers her time working with "The soldier Project" and "Give an hour".

Even though is was originally developed to treat emotional trauma, it is now used to treat anxiety and depression. It helps to release negative feelings such as unworthiness, helplessness, low self esteem because it changes your perspective of whatever happened to make you feel unworthy or unloved or incapable.

Trauma Therapy seems to be most effective when Mind-body therapies( or somatic therapies) are used because they influence the area of the brain where fear is held, the amygdala. Some of the Trauma Therapies are somatic therapies are EMDR, Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT, Somatic Experiencing or SE.
