After losing my father to suicide and navigating a divorce, I was forced to reexamine my life. I became a "transformation junkie" - I read 100's of books and attended classes, workshops and retreats in search of guidance and purpose. After 20+ years my journey inward has taught me that true fulfillment and joy comes from the inside out.

Individual Coaching allows you to completely focus on the areas of your life that you are trying to improve, change or transform. Personal awareness- As your coach I am able to offer you new ideas and ways to think about old persistent issues. I teach you new approaches to improve your life. More specifically I hold up a mirror and help you become aware of your "blind spots" in the areas of your life that you want to change or improve.

Group coaching is a cost-effective way to work with me. You will be personally coached and you will have the opportunity to observe others being coached. I spend time with each participant, making sure all group members have their own individual breakthroughs. Community/Connection: During the group coaching process you will see the bravery of others as they work to transform their lives and they will get to see you doing the same.

Workshops and retreats allow participants to go deeper into their learning and to better absorb the teachings and practices being explored.
