Everything we love about a chocolate dipped strawberry baked cupcake style! Chocolate cake swirled with strawberry buttercream icing and sprinkled with clear sparkles. I purchased a 3 layer carrot cake flavored wedding cake from Chicago Bakery for my wedding on 7/2/17, and it was so moist & delicious that all of my guests were raving about it, and I only wish I had bought more so I could have taken some home with me!.
I'm so happy I chose Chicago Bakery for my wedding cake! We did not get to try the desserts at each table but the cake was EXACTLY what we wanted: chocolate cake with custard filling, and the design came out beautifully just as we asked for. We did not do the cake tasting but really had to trust reviews, the value, and our vendors.

Beginning from a modest facility located in Wheaton, Maryland, our founder, Juan Melgar, began producing high-quality desserts for several local restaurants and a chain of grocery stores.After growing the business, we expanded the operation and took over the entire building. The tastiest cakes & pies not only are our desserts beautiful to look at but they are delicious, as well!
