Crest Hill Bakery

Crest Hill is a top quality wholesale provider of private label breads. The 40,000 square foot Maryland-based bakery provides true artisan breads to major retailers across the eastern US, with capacity to serve deli departments across the country. President and founder, David Neville began his baking career as a teenager.

This essential of French sidewalk cafes, American comfort meals and savory party appetizers is known for its crispy crust and open, moist interior. Our baguette utilizes multiple starters to achieve its perfect flavor and texture. After the dough is hand-formed into its iconic silhouette, the loaf rests for its final rise, cradled by a linen couche that protects its shape and controls the rate of rising (Kosher).

Historically, bread was baked only once or twice a week and had to be large to last. The giant 5.4 pound loaf was inspired by Lionel Polaine's famous Parisian Country Bread. The dough is mixed and aged, then molded by hand and allowed to rise for 24 hours before baking. Our Artisan process brings out the full flavors of the semolina, rye and wheat flours blended in this gorgeous golden loaf.

This is a truly unique loaf of bread. It is made with pureed pumpkin and special blend of spices that gives it the nostalgic aroma of pumpkin pie. The pumpkin seeds inside and out give it a wonderful crunch as well as extra nutritional value. Our pumpkin bread will be a delightful accompaniment to your autumn meal.

These tasty and perfectly sized buns elevate the burger to an exquisite new level and double the flavor of any slider. Available as Plain, Sesame and Poppy burger rolls and Plain, Poppy and Onion slider rolls (Kosher). Perfect for crusty deli sandwiches, these 4 x 6 inch rolls are made from our Artisan Ciabatta dough and baked with the same care and attention (Kosher).
