West Derm always does quality work never had a problem until recently. I had a appointment later in the day and I got a phone call from the staff to see if I could come in at 11:30. So I did then sat there for an hour I dropped what I was doing to come in at their request and sat on my butt for way to long. Time is precious so do t waste mine

Every staff member I spoke with was super friendly, from front desk to medical assistant, to FNP. The wait was very short...I didn't even have time to sit down in a chair in the waiting room before being whisked back into the exam room, where I only waited a few minutes for the FNP. Once the exam began, the Nurse Practitioner was EXTREMELY thorough with the exam and with educating me every step of the way. So knowledgeable and competent. I haven't been this satisfied with a doctor's office in a long time.
