Great service from Mary & their skin care products are wonderful. I bought one session back in August to try out their Hydra Microdermabrasion which included light therapy. I also bought a couple of products: skin + texture repair which tightened my pores (yay) & a medical grade sunscreen. Loved the way my skin looked after a week of treatment and products so I bought 2 more sessions. Thank you Mary!

Life Changing!!! I met my Angel Hands at Vivella Med Spa about 2 years ago. I walked in crying for help with really bad hormonal acne and Mary really showed she truly cared and welcomed me with an open heart. Dealing with acne all my life, after several sessions I started seeing complete transformation. I went from having terrible hormonal acne to completely clear skin. To this day I still see Mary for my maintenance facials when I get small breakouts (which is normal when dealing with stress or when its the time of the month). Wanna take a second to shout out vivella! I've been coming here for lip fillers and lip flips for the past 3 years and I couldn't be happier with my outcome every time. I love coming to Vivella for my laser hair removal! The nurses and staff are so professional and sweet, they make it such a comfortable and easy process. I've tried other med spas in Orange County for laser hair removal and, from my experience, Vivella is the best. I've already seen amazing results after just a few sessions. I recommend Vivella to all my family and friends!

The products at Vivella are fantastic! The tanning foam provides a nice buildable glow. The other selection of products from Vivella, ZO, and Skin better are also great. Mary is wonderful and super helpful- I would definitely recommend Vivella!

Super friendly staff! I loved my quick and easy experience. It was very personal too and I felt listened to and felt like an actual guest. Other places are so "clinical" but here I felt comfortable. I AM TERRIFIED OF NEEDLES - so my B12 injection was something I dreaded (beauty sacrifices lol). When I went in, the environment was beautiful and the lady up front was amazing. She had comfortable small chat that seemed genuine (I really liked her!). She was talking to me when prepping the shot and I thought "can she just do it already?!?" But to my surprise, she had already finished

Vivella Med Spa is the best around. Mary is so so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! I have been going in for B-12 shots and Mary always makes sure she can get me in. I took a B-12 shot after my first Vaccine shot and before the second dose and it helped SO much. 10/10 recommend.
