Dr. Cooper can create the smile of your dreams from beginning to end. Smile Design is an analysis of several aesthetic factors of your face and mouth that assists us in the creation of the smile of your dreams. In other words, we look at the big picture to design a smile for you that looks and feels completely natural.

We will sit down and talk to you about what you would like to change about your smile. Using tools such as digital x-rays, study models diagnostic waxups and computer imaging, we can design the smile of your dreams. There is more to designing a smile than creating perfectly straight teeth. After a comprehensive evaluation of your entire mouth we can help you design the ideal look for you.
Services
We believe there's no better place to visit than a practice that is dedicated to the total health and happiness of every patient. Our staff treats our patients like they were a part of our family - that's because they are. It's their love of people and of what they do that makes our staff so special.
Dental implants are the only permanent, natural-looking solution for missing teeth. An implant consists of a small titanium post, a connecting piece called an abutment, and a porcelain crown. For patients who need to replace multiple teeth or a full arch, we can also use implants to secure a dental bridge or customized dentures.
Getting dental implants is a three-step process that's typically completed over the course of a few months. We also feature advanced treatment options for patients who need to save time. During your first appointment, Dr. Cooper will examine your teeth, gums, and jawbone to determine if implants are the right treatment for you.
Replacing missing teeth with dental implants can be completed in just three steps. The first step is to meet with Dr. Cooper for an initial consultation. During this visit, he'll determine if you're an ideal candidate for implants and develop a customized treatment plan just for you. The most important part of your consultation is Dr. Cooper's visual exam.
The success of dental implant placement depends on the condition of your oral health before the procedure begins. Dental implants owe their favorable outcome to the biological healing process called osseointegration. However, when tooth loss goes untreated, it causes your jawbone to deplete. When this occurs insufficient bone density won't allow for osseointegration to take place, hindering the entire dental implant process.

I first met Dr. Cooper, when I was in a bad place, as far as my oral health. I had been putting off taking care of myself, for many reasons...embarrassment, shame, fear, and just the general unknown as to what was to follow. Dr. Cooper quickly put my mind to ease, and took a personal interest in my oral health, as well as my general well-being. He described various options, and the differences and benefits between them. He was very patient as my husband and I discussed the best treatment plan for us. Decisions were made, appointments were scheduled, a lot of work was done, and although we

I think my first time visit was a month ago, nothing has happened but negotiating, in 2015 I got oral surgery from a mad scientist who left me without teeth and dental-phobia. It's been too long, I need teeth, and full implants done in a day has to happen. I like the front desk staff there, and Dr Cooper is kind enough, but reminds me of a car salesman, and keeps repeating the options until my first price quote: $64,000? That's over twice what my new car cost, and I left stunned. Teeth in 1 day might be possible, but he wanted full payment prior to doing any work, and I would have a full

This is a big thank you to Dr. Cooper for going above and beyond to help someone in need. My co-worker will now have a brand new set of teeth that will change her life.
It's also nice to know that those who can afford to pay full price to Dr. Cooper will be helping someone else down the road who can't. In this day and age, it's refreshing to see human kindness at its best.
This should be a reminder to us all, when someone goes out of their way to help someone in need, it's important that we support their business.
Thank you again Dr. Cooper.

I have never felt so insignificant as the day my son and I went to Dr. Cooper's office. We were there almost 2 hours before we ever saw him and then he only spent about 15 mins with us. I tried to ask questions but received the response I needed to focus as he (Dr.Cooper) had a doctor appt to get to. His behavior was such that it seemed like we should feel lucky he took time out to see us at all. I believe my son captured it accurately when he said "Once he found out we couldn't pay for the whole package he was selling, he was done with us." My son felt dismissed. Whether

Several years ago, I found Dr. Cooper when I needed a root canal to end the pain in my jaw. He performed the procedure without any pain. Since then, I've had a second root canal, have had several (decades old) amalgam fillings replaced with crowns, and had other worn down teeth re-done with new porcelain crowns. With each visit I had no pain and was kept comfortable.

All the teeth look great and the years of training and experience show in Dr. Cooper's work. I've enjoyed getting to know the office staff who work with Dr. Cooper as they have been very friendly and make me feel

OMG, it was years ago that I went here, but it still angers me today. I came in for a routine x-ray. Before checking my insurance card, the receptionist whisked me into the exam room. She didn't check my insurance till the 2-hour exam was done, and by that point they'd taken standard x-rays plus bite-wings (for no good reason). Immediately following the appointment I found out my insurance didn't cover Dr. Cooper at all, so I was out of pocket for both sets of x-rays.

But the worst part was the "exam" itself, which was more of a hard sell sales pitch for cosmetic dental

Keith M Cooper, DDS I cannot thank you enough for the professional and extremely detailed work you have done. I was so depressed from the thought that soup would be on the menu for the rest of my life, my future I believed was all downhill, not to mention that my health was drastically being effected by the loss of my ability to eat a normal diet.

With the work that you have done so far, I have hope again for the future, and I am not afraid to smile, the way I was born to smile. Your work has been precise, and you truly made the whole process look so simple, it was truly amazing to watch the

Dr Cooper and his staff are excellent! I was referred by another specialist because of a broken tooth implant (that no other dentist/ specialist in the San Jose area felt comfortable working on) and he really went above and beyond to save the implant and replace the broken section. Very pleasant staff and office, cutting edge medical devices as well, and Dr Cooper is very amicable and friendly. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a periodontist and am thankful for his expertise . Thank you again!

I had a terrible experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment for a simple procedure, which was to re-attach a veneer. Once in a while, they pop off. The entire time, I felt intense sales pressure from Dr. Cooper to essentially re-do all of my veneers with crowns instead. Some of the reasons he gave seemed possibly legitimate if incredibly expensive and not necessary, while some of them seemed far-fetched and desperate. The idea that the veneers are responsible for swollen gums (rather than just not getting a deep clean for a long time) is an opinion not shared by any other dentist

I was referred to Dr. Cooper by my original dentist when I need to have extensive dental work done that she couldn't do. At my first meeting with Dr. Cooper, I was impressed with his total professionalism, knowledge and ability to go outside the box, where other dental professionals wouldn't. He and his staff gave me back the confidence to smile again. Though my procedures were extensive, I felt totally comfortable with Dr. Coopers ability to correct and repair any issue that arose. Not only are they all professional, but caring and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his staff

Met Dr. Cooper a couple of years ago when I was looking for another dentist to give me a second opinion about my dental work. I had several implants done and was having ongoing, long-term problems. Dr. Cooper explained everything and told me what needed to be fixed and why. He was very thorough and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It was obvious that he is an expert at what he does. I also can't say enough about his staff, they are the best! Terri went over my treatment plan and the cost and even texted me to make appointments (very convenient

Terri the office manager is extremely rude to people on the phone. After contacting this office to try to get questions answered about a Mr. Cox whom I received a check from I was continuously spoken to rudely & hung up on. I was only trying to locate a phone number for this person so I could ask them a question about a check I received in the mail. Terri is very unprofessional and should seriously consider finding a new job. She is not pleasant on the phone and has no business dealing with customers.

As for quality of work. I'm not sure. I guess it's good since he just recently worked on me and he seems to talk about himself really well. As for honesty in giving estimates and billing patients, I'll have to say he fails in my book.

Dr. Cooper gave me a quote to compete with another dentist and get my business. Insurance would not cover any of the cost. They gave me a $600 break to get me as a patient. During every visit he tried to get more money out of me by trying to scare me about all the things that could go wrong. When I refused those 'extra' services, at
