Welcome to BE Pilates where our certified Pilates instructors customize programs to suit your body and ability! Our well-established, fully equipped Pilates studio is located in downtown Coral Gables. We offer classical Pilates sessions and classes for all fitness levels and all ages. Instructors have over 25 years of teaching experience and are certified in many specialties including sports conditioning, rehabilitation, osteoporosis, scoliosis, pregnancy and postpartum.

We offer small group classes using the Pilates reformer, reformer with jump board, tower and wunda chair. All classes have a maximum of 5 participants and allow our instructors to provide precise and targeted instruction for all fitness levels. We offer small group Pilates Mat classes using props including Magic Circles, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers and Hand Weights.
