I called Ryan & Co this morning after waking up to no heat. Id never used them before, they were recommended by a neighbor. Rich answered my call and could not have been nicer. He arrived at my home just shy of an hour after speaking with him and he called 15 minutes before he arrived. He knew exactly what was wrong the moment he heard the unit run. Richs professionalism, knowledge, kind and friendly demeanor along with his exceptional work has gained a new and loyal customer. Ive had a worry free service plan for years which was never worry free. I have canceled that plan

If you're discussing a plumbing job on the phone with the front desk, the owner actually times their employees calls and caps it at around 2 minutes, even if your order is substantial (mine was around $28K). They also wanted 50% upfront before they can even confirm if the parts were in. Take care.

Pete is very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our AC leaking problem very quickly and thoroughly. His examination is very detail oriented and he was able to patiently explain the problems and terms to me. In addition, the price is fair and Pete doesnt push to sell any parts/service (we bought the AC/heat maintenance package anyway from Ryan Co. since we can tell from Petes work this would be a trustworthy company. )
