Scheduled an appointment a week ago for a faucet install and toilet install. Tech shows up at 4:34, looks at both jobs and leaves by 4:48. Had time to offer a service contract and bill me $64 for showing up, though. Avoid this company at all costs.

I did not schedule an estimate, I scheduled a service. All of the below occurred in response to my google review and not the phone call I made to get an explanation. By the way, a stand up company sends a refund for a service they did not provide, they dont offer it. What actually happened is you blew off the job and collected

Basement flooding from the remnants of hurricane Ida knocked out my furnace and hw heater. Can't BELIEVE Rupcoe was able to come out same day and get it going again quick! Alex was polite, professional, prompt, and helpful. Patient with my questions.

The technician, Derek Metaxas, was very professional, confident in his work, and clear as he explained the options available for installation. He removed and replaced our broken sump pump after heavy rains and some flooding in the basement. He did a very clean job in a timely fashion and resolved our problem.

I wanted access to water in my backyard. The first plumber that came out said they can't do it because crawl space not big enough. Derek came out And said it can be done not easy but possible. He did a great job.
