The secretary, Victoria, at the front office was so rude to us because we came in with printed word documents, versus writing the list of medications, surgeries and medical history(which was rather lengthy) even though we brought copies for the doctor. She sighed and gasped over our horrendous mistake. I clearly stated, it was no big deal and that we could write them in. "Well, I guess that will have to work." We left because we had a gut feeling something wasn't right. Always trust your gut. The front office is the first impression! Victoria couldn't have given a worse one!!!
