We are located less than a mile from Southlake Town Square at the corner of West Southlake Blvd and Shady Oaks. Our private office has easy in and out access providing utmost privacy for our patients. Parking is available in front of the building. Surgeries are also performed in our operating room in our Southlake Office.

We are located near the heart of Downtown Fort Worth - in the medical district across from Cook Children's hospital. We are inside the Medical Plaza Professional Building on the 4th floor in suite 400.
