For the past 30 years Darren Grassmuck has been actively working in the construction industry and together with his wife Bonnie Grassmuck they are now the owners of All County Alamo Property Management. For 28 years Darren worked for his family's commercial construction business, then in 2011 he moved into the residential remolding market.

We work very hard to collect rent and believe placing the right tenant/s is one of the best ways to avoid a no rent payment situation.

The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.
