A&G Property Services was founded by Gilbert and Angela Moses in 2010. Gilbert served for over 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired in 2006. Gilbert received his Real Estate License in October of 2002 and his Brokers license in 2009. Upon retirement, he was hired to manage the Century 21 Davalos in San Antonio, Tx.

Maintenance

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
