Most brokers will simply look at comparable sales in the market place to justify a land value, put up a sign, some snazzy marketing and hope to get to closing. Built around the same time as the Limestone Building next door (circa 1930), we have pictures of it used as car sales to canoe rentals. It was completely redeveloped into its current mixed-use building in 2001 and has been NOMA headquarters since its founding. USE: Mixed use, residential on second floor, two office suites below.
