Kim is an incredible teacher, powerful, such in depth knowledge. I loved my sessions there whilst visiting from NZ in 2019. I had just had a baby too. Would love to go back!

Empowered Massage is in this location as well. Jolene was my "First" professional massage. I was totally amazed on how great I felt after my one hour Swedish massage. I have suffered with chronic pain since 1994. Because of my injury I was concerned about getting a massage. Wow, how wrong I was. Jolene was as gentle, caring, compassionate and professional as a massage therapist could be. I have scheduled again. Have even schedule a massage for my wife as well. I love this studio! I began to work out with Kim Lenzi specifically because of her training working with people with disabilities and injuries. She has been very aware of my limitations and has taken me farther in my wellness than I believed possible. She has also worked with the other instructors, such as Kellee Hodge, to insure that I always receive appropriate support and training. Kellee has always been willing to help me and keep me on track. I truly appreciate the changes they have brought to my life.
